Raise a support request*
*If you have previously logged a MAGIQ Support ticket, your Service Desk user account will already be enabled.
Go to support.magiqsoftware.com and enter your organisation email and “get a password”.
New customers, or those without a ticket in our system will need to register via support@magiqsoftware.com before they can access our online Service Desk.
