The application can be used across various council geographies, creating a customer engagement platform that supports council collaboration and provides a seamless experience.

MAGIQ Community Engagement offers customisation options that enable councils to include their branding, making it easier to promote the application as their own and integrate it into their website. Deep integration is also possible, providing automated process flow with the MAGIQ Cloud ERP.

This platform is vendor-agnostic, which means that it can be used with other ERP solutions too.
