MAGIQ Software Acquired by Springbrook Software
Tuesday 5th October, Napier New Zealand 8:30am: MAGIQ Software has announced its acquisition by Springbrook Software, a leading US provider of fully integrated, cloud-based ERP and payments software for local government agencies.
Both organisations are long-term vendors in the public sector software market: MAGIQ Software celebrated 40 year of business success in 2020, whilst Springbrook has celebrated over 30 years.
The acquisition of MAGIQ Software will create one of the largest global providers of cloud-based financial solutions for local government agencies.
